 Owner/Head provider/Lead Preschool Teacher

Hello, my students call me Teacher Cole.

I have been a licensed childcare provider and owner of Nic Nacs Quality Childcare for over 15 years. I have also been the Lead Teacher in our Preschool Promise Program for almost 3 years. I currently hold a step 8 in ORO (Oregon Registry Online). Being a Lead Teacher and provider creates endless opportunities to help children and their families. Each day I work to achieve the utmost quality care through inclusive modeling and understanding of each child at a one-on-one level. It's an honor to be a part each child's learning experience.

Teacher Assistant

Hello there, my students call me Teacher Andrew J. I have been a teacher assistant at Nic Nacs Quality Childcare for over 3 years. I currently hold a step 5 in ORO (Oregon Registry Online) and will be applying for step 6 in early spring of 2023. In addition to my teaching assistant experience, I was also raised in a childcare home. What I have discovered through my years of being a teacher assistant is the mentoring process for young children is so profound in helping create a positive learning experience. I strive each day from open to close to be a positive role model for each child in our program.
