The dedication of our staff shows throughout our program. We are a "Spark 3" star rated program (applying for star 4 in the spring of 2023). Each staff member has documented extensive knowledge and experience through state approved trainings and college credit courses in the ten main early childhood development core categories.

Each staff member holds and maintains additional certificates in health and safety. We are also CPR certified and hold a current food handler license. All staff are also current on backgrounds checks through the state of Oregon. Nic Nacs Quality Childcare staff also participate in several additional trainings annually that benefit the families and children enrolled in our program.

Here at Nic Nacs Quality Childcare you child's growth throughout their duration of enrollment is the main factor for how our program is designed. This is achieved through a healthy, safe and positive environment that allows each child to grow and learn at their own pace. Our program focuses on child guided learning and open-ended teaching lessons as well as scheduled activities. Our program and staff recognize that each child's learning style is different. We maintain a smaller class size Monday through Thursday, so we are able to get to know each child on an individual level so they may receive the attention they need to be successful in all areas of development.
